纳滤技术在饮用水水质提标工程中的应用与实践

摘　　要：新疆某市政饮用水水厂,采用水库水为原水,原厂采用混凝—沉淀—过滤—消毒工艺,提标工程在现状工艺滤池产水增加纤维过滤器和纳滤深度处理工艺,一期规模为5万m^(3)/d,出水水质满足国家《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2022)。纳滤去除水中的硫酸盐、钙离子、镁离子,保证了饮用水供水安全。本项目执行过程中,纳滤技术在饮用水厂的安装、设备安装以及调试运行方面积累了一定的经验。A municipal drinking water plant in Xinjiang uses reservoir water as raw water,and the original plant adopts coagulation-sedimentation-filtration-disinfection process.The upgrading project adds fiber filters and nanofiltration deep treatment technology to the current process filter water production.The first phase scale is 50000m^(3)/d,and the effluent quality meets the national"Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water"(GB5749-2022).Nanofiltration removes sulfates,calcium ions,and magnesium ions from water,ensuring the safety of drinking water supply.During the execution of this project,nanofiltration technology has accumulated certain experience in the installation,equipment installation,and commissioning of drinking water plants.
