基于大型科普场馆中政府采购限额以下采购方式应用研究与探讨

摘　　要：在政府采购限额逐步放宽的前提下,结合大型科普场馆K场馆与Z场馆的相关采购数据,针对大型科普场馆采购活动数量大幅增加后出现的采购问题,分析比较询比价采购、竞争性磋商、竞争性谈判、单一来源、公开招标这五种常见采购方式优劣点,用实际调研数据分析探讨如何选取采购方式来扩大采购竞争性,列举大型科普场馆内非标定制项目难点并具体分析如何选取合适的采购方式,提升采购效率的同时让场馆获得收益与理想的采购结果。With the gradual relaxation of government procurement quotas,combined with the relevant procurement data of K and Z venues in large science popularization venues,this paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of five common procurement methods:inquiry and comparison procurement,competitive negotiation,competitive negotiation,single source,and open bidding,in response to the procurement problems which arise after the significant increase in the number of procurement activities in large science popularization venues,uses actual research data to analyze and explore how to select procurement methods to expand procurement competitiveness,lists the difficulties of non-standard customized projects in large science popularization venues,and specifically analyzes how to choose appropriate procurement methods to improve procurement efficiency while allowing venues to obtain profits and ideal procurement results.
