摘　　要：根据地质勘查发现,中国的页岩油资源具有巨大的开采潜力,积极有效地对页岩油资源进行开采,可推动我国能源结构朝着更加良好的方向发展。基于此,文章对中国陆相页岩油的类型、开采潜力及前景进行分析,从页岩油类型、页岩油潜力及页岩油前景三个方面进行了探讨,指出了陆相页岩油在开采过程中的资源不确定性风险、技术适应性风险和成本风险等问题及在页岩油发展过程中的风险对策。According to geological exploration,China’s shale oil resources have huge exploitation potential,and active and effective exploitation of shale oil resources can promote the development of China’s energy structure towards a better direction.Based on this,this paper analyzes the types,exploitation potential and prospects of continental shale oil in China,discusses the three aspects of shale oil types,shale oil potential and shale oil prospects,and points out the problems of resource uncertainty risk,technical adaptability risk and cost risk in the exploitation process of continental shale oil,as well as the risk countermeasures in the development process of shale oil.
