化工机械安全管理的有效对策

摘　　要：由于化工机械种类繁多,加上化工材料多样化,材料间反应复杂,导致化工机械安全管理难度较高。同时,化工生产具有集成性,所以危险较为集中。因此,化工机械安全管理成为化工生产的重要环节。基于此,文章从可持续发展角度分析了化工机械安全管理的工作思路,提出了及时更新安全管理技术、建立科学合理的化工机械维修制度、动态化安全管理为抓手的有效应对措施,确保化工企业的安全生产。Due to the wide variety of chemical machinery,coupled with the diversification of chemical materials,the reaction between materials is complex,resulting in the safety management of chemical machinery is more difficult.At the same time,chemical production is integrated,so the risk is more concentrated.Therefore,chemical machinery safety management has become an important part of chemical production.Based on this,this paper analyzes the working ideas of chemical machinery safety management from the perspective of sustainable development,and puts forward effective countermeasures such as timely updating of safety management technology,establishing scientific and reasonable chemical machinery maintenance system,and dynamic safety management to ensure the safe production of chemical enterprises.
