摘 要:为了探究MDEA脱碳工艺在焦炉煤气生产天然气工艺的应用价值及影响作用,文章介绍了焦炉煤气生产天然气工艺的基本原理和技术路线,分析了其CO_(2)含量较高的问题,并阐述了采用MDEA脱碳工艺进行CO_(2)去除的原理和优点。还设计了一套实验流程,对焦炉煤气进行了MDEA脱碳处理,测试了不同操作参数下的CO_(2)去除率、产气率、能耗等关键指标。通过实验结果表明,MDEA脱碳工艺可以有效地去除焦炉煤气中的CO_(2),达到90%以上的去除率。在脱碳剂浓度为25%、操作温度为40℃、操作压力为1.5 MPa时,产气率最高,能耗最低。因此,MDEA脱碳工艺可为焦化厂提高生产天然气产气率、降低能耗,并增强CO_(2)的去除率。In order to explore the application value and impact of MDEA decarbonization technology in the process of natural gas production from coke oven gas,this paper introduces the basic principles and technical routes of natural gas production from coke oven gas,analyzes the problem of high carbon dioxide content,and expounds the principle and advantages of using MDEA decarbonization technology for carbon dioxide removal.It also designs a set of experimental procedures to carry out MDEA decarbonization treatment on coke oven gas,and tests the key indicators such as carbon dioxide removal rate,gas production rate,energy consumption under different operating parameters.The experimental results show that MDEA decarbonization technology can effectively remove carbon dioxide from coke oven gas with a removal rate of more than 90%.When the concentration of decarbonization agent is 25%,the operating temperature is 40℃,and the operating pressure is 1.5 MPa,the gas production rate is the highest and the energy consumption is the lowest.Therefore,MDEA decarbonization technology could improve the gas production rate of natural gas,reduce energy consumption,and enhance the carbon dioxide removal rate for coking plants.
