摘 要:采用EGSB-改良Bardenpho生物工艺对城市垃圾焚烧渗滤液的处理过程进行了研究,分别考察了清水稀释和二沉池出水回流稀释条件下整个处理工艺的运行效果,并对厌氧颗粒污泥与改良Bardenpho反应器微生物物化特征进行了表征分析。研究结果发现:1)清水稀释阶段(1~79 d),整体工艺出水COD为543.2 mg/L,NH_(4)^(+)-N为32.42mg/L,TN为47.64 mg/L,色度32倍以下;二沉池出水回流稀释阶段(80~110 d),整体工艺出水COD为534.8 mg/L,NH_(4)^(+)-N为15.56 mg/L,TN为22.16 mg/L,色度16倍以下;2)运行结束后,扫描电镜分析发现以球菌和短杆菌为主的厌氧颗粒污泥紧密厚实,空隙明显增多;高通量测序分析发现变形菌门和拟杆菌门为厌氧颗粒污泥内主要优势菌种;光学显微镜发现改良Bardenpho反应器内微生物以钟虫,线虫为主,并形成较长食物链。This operation process of diluted municipal solid waste incineration was studied by EGSB-modified Bardenpho.The entire treatment process of operation effect which dilution with clear water and effluent reflux of secondary sedimentation tank was separately investigated,then the anaerobic granular sludge and Bardenpho reactor microorganism was characterized.The results showed that the effluent of COD,NH4+-N,and TN were 543.2 mg/L,32.42 mg/L,and 47.64 mg/L respectively during the diluted by clear water(1~79 d),and the chroma was less than 32 times.Diluted by the water cycle of the secondary sedimentation tank(80~110 d),the overall process effluent of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and TN were 534.8 mg/L,15.56 mg/L,and 22.16 mg/L respectively,and chromaticity was less than 16 times.After process completion,the SEM analysis showed that the internal structure of the granular sludge was compact and thick after the operation.The anaerobic granular sludge was composed of cocci and short bacilli and the internal pores were significantly increased.High throughput sequencing results showed that Bacteroidetes and Proteobacteria were the dominant species in the anaerobic granules.Optical microscope showed that vorticella and nematodes were the dominant species in modified Bardenpho which formed a long food chain.
