摘 要:广东省某污水处理厂一期工程原采用氧化沟为主体的工艺,提标改造后要求出水指标达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准及《广东省地方标准水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)的第二时段一级标准的两者较严值,实际出水部分指标(如COD、SS、TP、TN)已临近排放限值,BOD_(5)、NH_(3)-N常有超标现象。提质增效工程旨在对原有生化池、消毒池等进行改造优化,并在二沉池后端新增“高效沉淀+滤布滤池”深度处理单元。提质增效后的运行数据表明,出水COD≤14 mg/L、BOD_(5)≤3.1 mg/L、ρ(TN)≤9.5 mg/L、ρ(TP)≤0.24 mg/L、ρ(SS)≤5.1 mg/L,去除率均>90%,出水水质稳定达到设计标准,同时氧化沟曝气单位能耗降低25%,单位成本低于同类型项目水平。The first-phase project of a sewage treatment plant in Guangdong Province originally used the oxidation ditch as the main process.After the upgrading reconstruction,the effluent index is required to meet the Class A standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard(GB 18918-2002)and the second-period first-level standard of Guangdong Provincial Local Standard Water Pollutant Discharge Limits(DB44/26-2001).However,some actual effluent indicators(e.g.,COD,SS,TP,and TN)are approaching the emission limit,and BOD_(5) and NH_(3)-N often exceed the standard.The quality and efficiency improvement project aims to transform and optimize the original biochemical tank and disinfection tank and add a"high-efficiency sedimentation+filter cloth filter"advanced treatment unit at the back end of the secondary sedimentation tank.The operation data after the quality and efficiency improvement project showed that COD,BOD_(5),TN,TP and SS are less than 14 mg/L,3.1 mg/L,9.5 mg/L,0.24 mg/L and 5.1mg/L respectively,with the removal rates greater than 90%.The effluent quality is stable and meets the new standard.Meanwhile,the unit energy consumption of oxidation ditch aeration is reduced by 25%,and the unit cost is lower than the level of similar projects.
