摘　　要：目的分析宁夏地区结核病疫情流行特征及空间分布,为进一步开展结核病防治工作提供理论依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制中心国家新型结核病监测系统中收集2015—2020年宁夏地区登记新发结核病患者信息,描述三间分布,绘制分布地图,分析空间分布特点及发展趋势。结果2015—2020年宁夏地区共有新发结核病患者13722例,发病率逐渐下降,阳性率逐年上升;2020年阳性患者全局自相关分析呈聚集性分布,局部自相关分析呈现高值聚集区域,热点区域为贺兰县、金凤区、西夏区。结论2015—2020年宁夏结核病新发患者分布均呈现随机性,而2020年结核病阳性患者分布出现高值聚集区域,应当引起结核病防治工作的重视。Objective The epidemiologic characteristics and spatial distribution of tuberculosis was analyzed in Ningxia to provide theoretical basic tuberculosis control and prevention in the future.Methods Information of 2015—2020 new tuberculosis cases was collected in Ningxia from National New TB Monitoring System managed by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.The epidemiologic characteristics was described and a distribution map was drawn,the epidemiologic characteristics and spatial distribution was analyzed.Results During the sample period,13722 cases of new tuberculosis were found in Ningxia.The incidence rate decreased gradually and the positive rate increased year by year,and in 2020,the positive patients were clustered.The auto correlation analysis of local spatial distribution showed that the hot spots existed in the vicinity of Helan,Jinfeng,Xixia county in 2020.Conclusion The distribution of new cases of tuberculosis in Ningxia showed randomness from 2015 to 2020,but the distribution of positive cases of tuberculosis showed a high concentration area in 2020,It should be taken seriously.
