穿越时空的心灵共振——威蒂·伊希玛埃拉对凯瑟琳·曼斯菲尔德新西兰系列短篇小说的二次创作

摘　　要：威蒂·伊希玛埃拉是当代新西兰杰出的毛利小说家,在纪念凯瑟琳·曼斯菲尔德诞辰一百周年之际,他以一个毛利小说家的视角对曼斯菲尔德的新西兰系列短篇小说进行了重新解读及二次创作,并从中借鉴其创作主旨,续写、改写、仿写了曼斯菲尔德的小说。伊希玛埃拉的二次创作不仅是对曼斯菲尔德诞辰百年的回应,是穿越时空的心灵共振,而且也表达了他对曼斯菲尔德的崇高敬意与深切缅怀。Witi Ihimaera is an outstanding Maori novelist in the contemporary New Zealand literature.On commemorating the 100th anniversary of Katherine Mansfield’s birth,he reinterpreted and recreated Mansfield’s series of New Zealand short stories from the perspective of a Maori writer,drawing inspiration of the gist from Mansfield,continuing,rewriting,and imitating her stories.Witi’s recreation of Mansfield’s short stories is not only a century-long response to Mansfield,but a spiritual resonance that transcends time and space,and also expresses his high respect and deep admiration for Mansfield.
