摘 要:为满足新工科背景下矿业工程专业培养创新人才和提高学生创新能力的需求,基于课程教学经验及新工科背景下矿业工程领域对创新型人才的需求,首先,从思政教育、冲突调整、科技绘图、教学融入4个方面分析矿业创新人才培养策略;其次,开展矿业创新人才培养路径分析,具体提出使命感培养路径、冲突调整路径、创新力培养路径、课程建设路径。以期为矿业工程专业创新型人才培养提供策略及方法参考。In order to meet the requirement of innovative talents training and to enhance students'innovative capabilities within the mining engineering under the new engineering disciplines,based on the teaching experience of the course and the demand for innovative talents in the field of mining engineering under the background of new engineering disciplines,this paper analyzed the training strategies for innovative talents in mining from four aspects:ideological and political education,conflict adjustment,technology drawing,and teaching integration at first.Secondly,we conducted an analysis of the path for cultivating innovative talents in the mining industry,specifically proposing paths for cultivating a sense of mission,conflict adjustment,innovation,and curriculum construction.The outcomes of this work are supposed to provide strategies and method references for the cultivation of innovative talents in the field of mining engineering.
