摘　　要：数字疗法作为一种相对较新的医疗方式和解决方案,在预防、管理或治疗疾病方面具有广泛的应用前景。随着数字疗法的不断发展和应用,其逐渐成为精神卫生领域的重要治疗手段,尤其是在精神卫生领域预防、康复和日常管理方面,数字疗法的个性化和精准化能够为不同患者提供量身定制的治疗方案和管理模式,从而更好地满足患者需求。此外,数字疗法还将促进精神卫生领域的跨界合作和创新。本文详细介绍了数字疗法在精神卫生领域获批应用的适应证,并探讨了精神卫生领域数字疗法的发展趋势及存在的一些挑战和限制,如数据管理和隐私保护等问题。未来的研究需要进一步探索数字疗法的临床应用效果、完善数据管理和隐私保护措施,并建立健全数字疗法评价体系,以推动数字疗法在精神卫生领域的健康发展。希望本文能够为相关领域的学者、医务人员和决策者提供一定参考,从而促进数字疗法在精神卫生领域的广泛应用。As a relatively new medical method and solution,digital therapy has a wide range of application prospects in the prevention,management or treatment of diseases.With the continuous development and application of digital therapy,it has gradually become one of the most important treatment methods in the field of mental health,especially in the field of mental health prevention,rehabilitation and daily management.The personalization and precision of digital therapy can provide individualized treatment programs and management models for different patients,so as to better meet the needs of patients.In addition,digital therapy will promote interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation in mental health.This paper introduces in detail the approved indications of digital therapy in the field of mental health,and discusses the development trend of digital therapy in the field of mental health,as well as some challenges and limitations,such as data management and privacy protection.Future research is needed to further explore the clinical application effects of digital therapy,improve data management and privacy protection measures,and establish a sound digital therapy evaluation system to promote the healthy development of digital therapy in the field of mental health.It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for scholars,medical personnel and decision makers in related fields,so as to promote the wide application of digital therapy in the field of mental health.
