经睑袋入路提升颧脂肪垫在中面部年轻化治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察经睑袋入路,通过中面部软组织提升改善睑袋、泪沟、鼻唇沟、颧颊沟及颧区下垂的临床效果。方法:在常规睑袋整形术中,沿眶下缘向下剥离5~10 mm,分别在眶下缘内、中、外三点提升固定颧脂肪垫,外眦处行“铆定悬吊”,填充泪沟凹陷的同时,达到中面部的提升。结果:2019年1月-2022年6月在笔者医院行睑袋术的1163例病例中,增加经睑袋入路提升颧脂肪垫操作,术后所有就医者中面部软组织上提明显,泪沟、鼻唇沟、颧颊沟及颧区下垂等均明显改善,满意率达100%。结论:经睑袋入路,通过中面部软组织提升改善睑袋、泪沟、鼻唇沟、颧颊沟及颧区下垂效果显著,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To introduce the method of improving the sagging of eye bags,tear grooves,nasal and lip grooves,cheek grooves and cheekbones through the soft tissue of the middle face.Methods During the routine pouch platolasty,5-10mm was peeled down along the lower orbital margin,and the fixed zygomatic fat pad was lifted at three points inside,middle and outside the lower orbital margin,and a"rivet suspension"was performed at the outer canthus to fill the depression of the tear groove,so as to achieve the improvement of the middle face.Results From January 2019 to June 2022,among the 1,163 cases of pouch surgery in the author's hospital,the facial lifting operation was increased.After the operation,the soft tissue of the face was raised significantly,and the improvement effect of tear groove,nasal lip groove,cheek groove and sagging in the cheekbone area were significantly improved,the satisfactory rate was 100%.Conclusion Through the eyelid bag approach,the eyelid bag,tear trough,nasolabial fold,zygomatic groove and zygomatic area ptosis can be improved by midfacial soft tissue lifting,which is worthy of clinical application.
