火针疗法联合消疮散中药面膜治疗面部寻常痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火针疗法联合消疮散中药面膜治疗面部寻常痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取面部寻常痤疮患者66例,根据纳入标准制定随机对照表,随机分为治疗组(针药联合)和对照组(火针),治疗后,两组实际各纳入31例、32例。火针治疗每周1次,中药面膜治疗隔日1次,疗程均为4周,分别于治疗第2周末、第4周末进行疗效判定,并记录治疗过程中发生的不良反应,疗程结束后1个月对患者进行回访。结果:治疗2周后,两组患者的皮损评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。且治疗4周后,治疗组皮损评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率96.77%,高于对照组的78.13%(P<0.05)。结论:火针疗法联合消疮散中药面膜治疗面部寻常痤疮疗效确切,安全性高,临床可推广应用。Objective The aim of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of fire needle therapy combined with Chinese medicine mask,Xiaochuang Powder,in the treatment of facial acne.Methods 66 patients with facial acne were randomly allocated to treatment group(combining fire needle and medicine)and control group(fire needle).After treatment,31 and 32 cases were actually included in each of the two groups.The fire needle therapy was given once a week,and the traditional Chinese medicine mask therapy was given once every other day for 4 weeks.The curative effect was evaluated at the end of 2 weeks and 4 weeks,and the adverse reactions occurring during the treatment were recorded.Follow-up assessments were conducted 1 month after treatment completion.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the skin lesion scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).And after 4 weeks of treatment,the skin lesion score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.77%,while that of the control group was 78.13%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion Fire needle therapy combined with Xiaochuang Powder mask is effective and safe in treating facial acne and it can be widely used in clinical practice.
