阿达木单抗治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎一例

摘　　要：本文报道一例头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎患者。皮肤科查体:头枕部密集分布大小不一、境界不清的丘疹、脓疱,部分脓疱破溃,中央可见瘘口,脓性分泌物流出,瘢痕形成,可见毛发脱失、伴压痛。常规治疗效果不佳,给予阿达木单抗治疗12周后皮损明显好转。We report a patient of perifolliculitis abscessus perforatum of the head.Physical examination showed densely distributed papules and pustules of different sizes with ill-defined boundaries on the head and occipital region,some pustules were ruptured,central fistulas were seen,purulent secretions were flowing out,scars were formed,and hair loss was seen with tenderness.The conventional treatment was not effective,the patient was given adalimumab,and the skin lesions were significantly improved after 12 weeks.
