摘 要:海洋放流管沉放是海洋放流管出运安装过程中的关键环节。以长500 m、内径1 m的钢质放流管为研究对象,采用数值分析方法,以S形管段的等效应力为限制条件,确定管道沉放的临界深度;以助浮安全系数和管段负浮力共同确定气囊的浮力、气囊数和间距等配置;以水下多次沉放的方式最终实现放流管的沉放。工程实例中的标高误差、轴向误差和法兰接头缝隙均满足验收要求,证明该沉放工艺技术可靠,应用效果良好,可为同类型放流管施工提供借鉴。The sinking of outfall pipeline is the key link in the process of shipping and installing marine outfall pipelines.A steel pipeline with a length of 500 m and an inner diameter of 1 m is taken as the research object.The critical depth of pipe sinking is determined by numerical analysis and the equivalent stress of S-shaped pipe section is taken as the limiting condition.The buoyancy,number and spacing of the airbag are determined by the buoyancy aid safety factor and negative buoyancy of the pipe section.The sinking of the outfall pipeline is finally realized by means of multiple underwater sinking.The elevation error,axial error and flange joint gap in the engineering example all meet the acceptance requirements,which proves that the sinking technology is reliable and the application effect is good,and can provide reference for the construction of the same type of outfall pipelines.
