推动基层公共卫生委员会建设中存在的问题及对策探析

摘　　要：新冠疫情发生后,基层公共卫生委员会凸显出在卫生应急、疾病防治、健康教育等方面的统筹协调作用。但当前基层公共卫生委员会的建设及发展还面临机构设置不合理、体制机制不完善、专业人才匮乏等方面的问题,应完善顶层设计、优化运行机制、培养专业复合型人才队伍、明确规定并落实必要经费保障、强化基层公共卫生委员会品牌效应,以加强基层公共卫生委员会的建设。Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,grassroots public health committees have highlighted their coordinating role in health emergency response,disease prevention and treatment,and health education.However,the construction and development of grass-roots public health committees still face some problems,such as unreasonable institutional setting,imperfect system and mechanism,and lack of professional talents.It is necessary to improve the top-level design,optimize the operation mechanism,train the professional and compound talent team,clarify the rules and guarantee the fund,and strengthen the brand effect of the grassroots public health committees,so as to strengthen the construction of the grassroots public health committees.
