摘　　要：全面推行河湖长制,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央作出的重大决策部署。为深入了解河湖长制实施情况,研究选取典型地区开展实地调研,总结提炼好的经验做法,分析河湖长制实施过程中存在的问题,针对性地提出对策建议,为相关研究和管理工作提供参考。The comprehensive implementation of the river and lake chief system is a major decision and deployment made by CPC Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the implementation of the river and lake chief system,this article conducts on-site research in typical regions,summarizes valuable experience and practices,analyzes the problems in the implementation of the river and lake chief system,and proposes targeted measures and suggestions,providing references for relevant research and management work.
