摘　　要：文章用四个“坚持”总结回顾了水利统计建立的工作体系、调查体系、成果体系等成绩与发挥的作用,阐述了水利统计工作面临的新形势和新要求,以及水利在防范统计造假工作、提高统计数据质量等方面采取的新举措,为支撑水利高质量发展提供决策服务。This paper summarizes and reviews the achievements and functions of the work system,investigation system and results system established by water conservancy statistics with four“persistence”,expounds the new situation and new requirements faced by water conservancy statistics,and the new measures taken by water conservancy in preventing statistical fraud and improving the quality of statistical data,so as to provide decision-making services to support the high-quality development of water conservancy.
