摘　　要：介绍了在聚氯乙烯专用树脂生产过程中,针对粉碎包装工序提高产品质量的改造措施,包括改造输送物料管线、改造下料装置、增加成品料仓3D料位计、优化DCS设计等。改造提升了树脂质量。The transformation measures to improve product quality in the crushing and packaging process in special PVC resin production were introduced,including the improvement of material conveying pipelines and feeding devices,the addition of 3D material level meters in finished product silos,and the optimization of DCS design.These transformations improved the quality of the PVC resin.
