摘　　要：阐述了使用涡旋风机匹配水泵实现湿式定型真空负压对PVC塑料型材成型过程的影响,及形成稳定的真空负压值存在的一些问题与解决方法。指出涡旋风机性能是形成稳定真空负压的基本条件,而负压箱体结构、对应泵的参数匹配、真空负压运行状态控制、管路的绝对密封性是形成稳定负压真空的关键要素等。This article elaborates on the impact of the combination of a whirlwind machine and a water pump to achieve wet shaping vacuum negative pressure on the shaping process of PVC plastic profiles,as well as some problems and solutions in forming a stable vacuum negative pressure value.It is pointed out that the performance of a vortex turbine is the basic condition for forming a stable vacuum negative pressure,and the key elements for forming a stable negative pressure vacuum are the structure of the negative pressure box,the parameter matching of the corresponding pump,the control of the negative pressure operating state,and the absolute sealing of the pipeline.
