摘　　要：通过实施数字化信息化管理项目,对电石入厂、称重、卸车、检验进行全过程信息化监控。以IC卡为信息载体,实现业务联动、数据交互和信息共享,对电石业务进行全过程监控,从而达到减少人为因素,规避风险、减员增效的目的。Through the implementation of a digital information management project,the whole process of calcium carbide receiving,weighing,unloading and inspection was monitored.IC card was used as the information carrier to realize business linkage,data interaction and information sharing,and to monitor the whole process of calcium carbide business.Thus,the goal of reducing human factors,avoiding risks,and reducing personnel to increase efficiency was achieved.
