摘 要:目的观察口腔颌面骨折患者采取微型钛板手术技术的临床效果,为提高治疗效果提供参考。方法选取2019年1月—2020年11月高唐县人民医院收治的口腔颌面骨折患者62例为研究对象,采用随机抽签方式分为观察组和对照组各31例。观察组选择微型钛板手术技术,对照组选择不锈钢板手术技术。比较两组总有效率、并发症发生率、手术时间、颌面功能恢复时间及满意率。结果观察组总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组的77.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.166,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.23%,低于对照组的19.35%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.026,P<0.05)。观察组手术时间为(7.42±1.10)h,颌面功能恢复时间为(72.50±5.47)d,均短于对照组的(10.60±2.33)h和(91.56±6.20)d,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.871、12.835,P<0.01)。观察组满意率为93.55%,高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.292,P=0.038)。结论为口腔颌面骨折患者采取微型钛板手术技术具有良好的手术效果,能缩短手术时间,促进颌面功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of mini titanium plate surgery technology in patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures,and provide reference for improving treatment effect.Methods A total of 62 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected as study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random drawing method,with 31 patients in each group.The observation group was given mini titanium plate surgery technology,while the control group was given stainless steel plate surgery technology.The total effective rate,incidence of complications,surgical time,recovery time of maxillofacial function and satisfaction rate between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than 77.42%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.166,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.23%,which was lower than 19.35%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.026,P<0.05).The surgical time in the observation group was(7.42±1.10)hours,and the recovery time of maxillofacial function was(72.50±5.47)days,which were both shorter than the control group with(10.60±2.33)hours and(91.56±6.20)days,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.871,12.835,P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than 74.19%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.292,P=0.038).Conclusion Adopting mini titanium plate surgery technology for patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures had good surgical effects,could short surgical time,promote recovery of maxillofacial function,reduce incidence of complications,and improve patient's satisfaction rate.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
