摘　　要：急性心肌梗死是临床当中常见疾病,发病率和死亡率均比较高。急性心肌梗死一般采用介入手术治疗,尽可能减少梗死的面积,也可以改善患者的预后效果。但是对于患者来说,因为疾病的特殊性,其发病后会出现急性期和恢复期,所表现出来的症状均不相同。为了提升治疗的效果,临床应该为患者提供合理的护理方式,保证疗效和预后的提升。早期康复护理能够根据患者的实际情况制订更具有针对性的措施,让患者在接受护理的时候与护理人员形成良好的护患关系,明确早期康复的重要性。还可以在护理人员的帮助下尽可能地帮助患者恢复其运动功能,降低并发症的发生率。大多数患者在早期康复护理中可以逐渐恢复自理能力,提升生活质量,减少疾病对患者生活的影响。此外,早期康复护理还可以提升治疗安全性,让患者得到更为有效的治疗。本文对早期康复护理的重要性及方法研究进展进行了综述,希望可以为急性心肌梗死患者的临床护理提供帮助。Acute myocardial infarction is a common disease in clinical practice,with high incidence rate and mortality rate.Acute myocardial infarction is generally treated with interventional surgery to minimize the infarct area and improve the prognosis of patients.However,for patients,because of the particularity of the disease,there will be acute stage and recovery stage after the onset,and the symptoms exhibited are different.In order to improve the effect of treatment,clinic should provide reasonable nursing methods for patients ensure the improvement of curative effect and prognosis.Early rehabilitation nursing can formulate more targeted measures according to the actual situation of patients,so that patients can form a good nurse-patient relationship with nursing staff when receiving nursing,and clarify the importance of early rehabilitation.It can also help patients recover their motor function and reduce the incidence of complications with the help of nursing staff.Most patients can gradually recover their self-care ability,improve their quality of life and reduce the impact of disease on patients'life in the early rehabilitation nursing.In addition,the early rehabilitation nursing can also improve the safety of treatment,and let patients get more effective treatment.This paper reviews the importance and the research progress of the methods of early rehabilitation nursing,hoping to provide help for clinical nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
