摘 要:中国汽车产销连续14年稳居全球第一,生产制造过程的污泥产生量占单台汽车危险废物产生量的50%,实现污泥减量是达成汽车行业减排的核心环节。本文结合低温热泵干化原理,设计低温热泵干化方案,论证低温热泵干化技术在汽车行业污泥减量化中应用的可行性。低温热泵干化技术操作简便、维护成本低,已经得到企业的广泛认可,未来可进一步扩展应用至漆渣干化等领域。China’s automobile production and sales have consistently ranked first in the world for 14 consecutive years,the sludge generated during the production and manufacturing process accounts for 50%of the hazardous waste generated by a single vehicle,and realizing sludge reduction is the core link to achieving emission reduction in the automotive industry.Based on the principle of low-temperature heat pump drying,this paper designs a low-temperature heat pump drying scheme and demonstrates the feasibility of applying low-temperature heat pump drying technology in sludge reduction in the automotive industry.The low-temperature heat pump drying technology is easy to operate and has low maintenance costs,and has been widely recognized by enterprises,in the future,it can be further expanded and applied to fields such as paint residue drying.
