摘 要:电解铝生产过程中会产生大量的废气、废水和固体废弃物,潜在环境风险高。本文结合电解铝企业的生产工艺和产污环节,分析主要污染物治理措施,然后提出改进建议,以促进电解铝企业革新工艺,提高节能减排效果,保护区域生态环境。总体来说,要加强技术创新,降低能耗和污染物排放量,加强分类管理,完善废弃物的回收利用体系,加强宣传引导,提高公众的环境保护意识。The production process of electrolytic aluminum generates a large amount of exhaust gas,wastewater,and solid waste,with high potential environmental risks.Based on the production process and pollution generation process of electrolytic aluminum enterprises,this paper analyzes the main pollution control measures and proposes improvement suggestions to promote the innovation of electrolytic aluminum enterprises,improve energy conservation and emission reduction effects,and protect the regional ecological environment.Overall,it is necessary to strengthen technological innovation,reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions,strengthen classification management,improve the recycling and utilization system of waste,strengthen publicity and guidance,and raise public awareness of environmental protection.
