摘 要:为了探讨稻虾共作养殖增施微生物营养料对小龙虾产量的影响,该研究选取5块面积为1.5hm2的稻虾共作田,试验共分为5组,对照组、处理A组、处理B组、处理C组和处理D组,每个处理组分3个平行,每个平行小组的稻田面积为0.5hm^(2);1500kg的小龙虾随机放置于各个平行小组的稻田中,每个平行小组小龙虾100kg。试验小龙虾对照组饲喂小龙虾专用配方饲料;处理A组饲喂90%配方饲料外加10%微生物营养料;处理B组饲喂80%配方饲料外加20%微生物营养料;处理C组饲喂70%配方饲料外加30%微生物营养料;处理D组饲喂60%配方饲料外加40%微生物营养料,试验结束后测定小龙虾的产量值。结果发现,处理C组的小龙虾捕捞重显著地高于对照组和其他处理组(P<0.05),以处理D组的小龙虾捕捞重最低;处理A组、处理B组和处理C组的小龙虾捕捞重呈递增趋势,说明增施微生物营养料10%~30%可以提高小龙虾的增重量,但是当增施微生物营养料超过40%时,则会造成小龙虾捕捞重的降低。In order to explore the effect of increased application of microbial nutrients on crayfish yield in rice-shrimp co-culture,the study selected five rice-shrimp co-cultivation fields with an area of 1.5hm 2,and the experiment was divided into five groups,the control group,treatment group A,treatment group B,treatment group C,and treatment group D,with three parallels in each treatment group,and the area of the paddy field in each parallel group was 0.5hm^(2);1500kg crayfish were randomly placed.The control group of experimental crayfish was fed special formulated feed for crayfish;treatment A group was fed 90% formulated feed plus 10% microbial nutrients;treatment B group was fed 80% formulated feed plus 20% microbial nutrients;treatment C group was fed 70% formulated feed plus 30% microbial nutrients;and treatment D group was fed 60% formulated feed plus 40% microbial nutrients.60% formulated feed plus 40% microbial nutrients,and at the end of the experiment the yield values of crayfish were determined.The results showed that the crayfish catch weight of treatment C group was significantly higher than that of control group and other treatment groups(P<0.05)to treat the lowest crayfish catch weight in group D;The catch weight of crayfish in groups A,B and C showed an increasing trend,indicating that adding 10% to 30% microbial nutrients could increase the weight gain of crayfish,but when adding more than 40% microbial nutrients,the catch of crayfish would decrease.
