摘 要:松浦红镜鲤(Cyprinus carpio Songpu red mirror)是中国水产科学研究院黑龙江水产研究所选育的鲤新品种。鲤在遵义地区繁殖季节为4月~5月,为实现商品鱼提早上市,在贵州省遵义市播州区鱼类繁育中心枫香基地,选择25尾成熟雌鱼和34尾成熟雄鱼松浦红镜鲤,开展早繁及鱼苗培育试验。通过亲鱼专池强化培育、温泉热水调节水温,使亲鱼性腺提早发育。注射催产剂,获得受精卵约305万粒,受精率为86.5%。经过15d的饲养,获得水花200万尾,孵化率为75.76%;培育乌仔134.58万尾,成活率67.29%;可将人工繁苗时间提早40d左右。Cyprinus carpio Songpu red mirror is a new carp species selected and bred by Heilongjiang Fisheries Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Fisheries Sciences.The breeding season of carp in Zunyi Area is from April to May.In order to realize early marketing of commercial fish,25 mature females and 34 mature males of Songpu Red Mirror Carp were selected from Fengxiang Base of Fish Breeding Center of Bozhou District,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province,to carry out the experiment of early breeding and fish fry cultivation.The gonads of the parents were developed early through intensive cultivation in a special pool for parents and regulation of water temperature by hot spring water.About 3.05 million fertilized eggs were obtained by injection of oxytocin,with a fertilization rate of 86.5%.After 15 days of rearing,2 million little juvenile fish were obtained,with a hatching rate of 75.76%;1,345,800 juvenile fish were cultivated,with a survival rate of 67.29%;the time of artificial breeding could be advanced by about 40 days.
