摘　　要：瑶医“神路”理论是瑶医药理论体系中重要的核心内容之一,其学术意义及临床运用十分丰富。其中既包含了瑶族瑶医自身的人文观、自然观、生命观和医学观,又与中医“天人合一”的整体观以及道医“气生万物”的气化观有着千丝万缕的联系。需结合瑶医、中医、道医三者的理论思想来诠释“神路”的具体内涵。文章通过对瑶医“神路”理论内容的实质与发展探赜索隐,追本溯源,展望其能用于促进瑶医药的理论和临床实践。The “divine path” theory of Yao medicine, which has rich academic significance and clinical application, is one of the significant contents in the theoretical system of Yao medicine.The theory contains both the yao medicine own humanities view, value view of nature, life and medical view, moreover, it has inextricably linked with the overall view of “the unity of heaven and man” in traditional Chinese medicine and the spirit view of “Qi generates all things” in Tao medicine.Therefore, it is necessary to interpret the specific connotation of “Divine Road” by combining the theoretical thoughts of Yao medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and Dao medicine. In this paper, the essence and development of the theory of “the way of God” in Yao medicine are traced back to the source, and it is expected that it can be used to guide the theoretical analysis and clinical practice of Yao medicine.
