摘　　要：目的:建立亚玛熏药散中木香烃内酯的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ZORBOX SB-C_(18) 5μm 4.6 mm×250 mm;流动相为乙腈∶水(50∶50)洗脱;流速:0.8 mL/min;柱温:35℃;检测波长:225 nm。结果:木香烃内酯在8.59~85.91μg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,回收率为97.4%。结论:该方法经方法学验证准确可行,可用于亚玛熏药散的质量控制。Objective Aim to establish a method for the deter mination of Costunolide in Yama fumigation powder.Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used. The column was ZORBOX SB-C_(18) 5 μm 4.6 mm×250 mm, the mobile phase was acetonitrile∶water(50∶50), the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, the column temperature was 35 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 225 nm. Results the linear relationship of Costunolide was good in the range of 8.59-85.91 μg/mL,r=0.9999, the recovery rate was 97.4%.Conclusion The method is proved to be accurate and feasible by methodology, and can be used for the quality control of Yama fumigation powder.
