摘  要:目的:建立HPLC法测定参梅养胃颗粒(无蔗糖)中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法:采用色谱柱ODS-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm);以甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26∶2∶72)为流动相等度洗脱;检测波长403 nm;柱温25℃;进样量10μL;流速1.0 mL/min。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在0.0480~0.7196μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=9)为101.74%, RSD值为1.6%。结论:该方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,测定结果稳定,可以作为参梅养胃颗粒(无蔗糖)中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hydroxysafflower yellow A in Shenmei Yangwei granules(without sucrose).Methods Chromatographic column ODS-C_(18)(4.6mm × 250mm, 5 μm), elute with methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid solution(26:2:72) as the flow equivalent, detection wavelength: 403 nm, column temperature 25℃,injection volume 10 μL, the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min.Results Hydroxysafflower yellow A was 0.0480-0.7196 μg the linear relationship within the range of is good, the average recovery rate(n=9) is 101.74%, and the RSD value is 1.6%.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and stable. It can be used for the determination of hydroxysafflower yellow A in Shenmei Yangwei granules(without sucrose).
