摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法同时测定金花消痤丸中5种成分含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为依利特C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm);流动相为0.1%甲酸溶液-乙腈,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长为220 nm、225 nm、238 nm、275 nm;进样量为10μL。结果:没食子酸、栀子苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、大黄酚分别在1.81~54.24μg/mL(r=0.9994)、23.91~717.3μg/mL(r=0.9997)、17.11~513.33μg/mL(r=0.9996)、3.57~106.98μg/mL(r=0.9998)、1.72~51.45μg/mL(r=0.9996)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率(RSD)分别为99.13%(0.87%)、100.33%(0.51%)、99.30%(0.64%)、100.64%(0.70%)、98.48%(1.07%)。结论:本方法简便、高效、可靠,可用于金花消痤丸的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of five constituents in Jinhua Xiaocuo pills. Methods The determination was performed on Yilite C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm)with mobile phase consisted of 0.1% formic acid solution-acetonitrile at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelengths were set at 220 nm, 225 nm, 238 nm and 275 nm.The injection volume was 10 μL. Results The method achieved good linearity in the ranges of 1.81-54.24 μg/mL(r=0.9994)for Gallic acid, 23.91-717.3 μg/mL(r=0.9997)for Geniposide, 17.11-513.33 μg/mL(r=0.9996)for Baicalin, 3.57-106.98 μg/mL(r=0.9998)for Wogonoside and 1.72-51.45 μg/mL(r=0.9996)for Chrysophanol.The average recoveries were 99.13%(0.87%),100.33%(0.51%),99.30%(0.64%),100.64%(0.70%),98.48%(1.07%).Conclusions This simple, efficient and reliable method can be used for the quality control of Jinhua Xiaocuo pills.
