摘　　要：实脾散为《严氏济生方·水肿论治》第一方,具有温阳健脾,行气利水的功效,原方主治水肿。文章简述了实脾散用于肝硬化腹水、腹泻、水肿、慢性肾炎、慢性心力衰竭等临床应用方面的新进展。本文主要从理论基础和临床应用对实脾散展开讨论,深化对实脾散的认识,总结其临床应用规律特点,以期为临床诊疗运用实脾散提供更加广阔的思路。Shipi Powder is the first prescription of Yan's Jisheng prescription on the treatment of edema,which has the effect of warming yang and invigorating the spleen, promoting qi and diuresis, and the original prescription is mainly for edema.This paper briefly describes the new progress in the clinical application of Shipi Powder in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites, diarrhea, edema, chronic glomerulonephritis and chronic heart failure, as well as the reduction of urinary protein and inhibition of heart failure.This paper mainly discusses Shipi Powder from the theoretical basis and clinical application, deepens the understanding of Shipi Powder, and summarizes the characteristics of its clinical application, in order to provide a broader train of thought for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
