摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进症是临床较为常见的内分泌系统疾病,气机郁滞,脏腑失和是甲亢发生的重要病机。张定华主任医师运用“调气和解”法治疗甲亢。通过调畅气机,调和肝脾、和解少阳、调节脏腑阴阳等具体疗法,旨在恢复人体正常机能,改善临床不适症状,使得阴平阳秘,临床运用效果明显。Hyperthyroidism is a common disease of endocrine system. Qi stagnation and loss of viscera organs are important agents for the occurrence of hyperthyroidism. Chief physician Zhang Dinghua used the method of “Harmonizing method by regulating qi” to treat hyperthyroidism. It is specifically to make through the smooth qi machine, reconcile the liver and spleen, reconciliation little Yang, adjust the viscera of Yin and Yang treatment methods to achieve. It can restore normal function, improve symptoms of clinical discomfort, and balance Yin and Yang. This treatment method has achieved good results in clinical practice.
