摘　　要：金融是国民经济的血脉,是国家核心竞争力的重要组成部分。金融强国建设既包括金融生产力发展,又包括金融生产关系变革,旨在实现传统金融服务方式向现代金融服务方式转变,最终构建起金融领导强、金融实力强、金融服务强、金融供给强、金融监管强、金融开放强、金融安全强的中国特色现代金融体系。金融强国建设不是孤立的,而是与开拓中国特色金融发展之路、推动金融高质量发展、构建社会主义现代化强国密切相关的。为高质量推进金融强国建设,应当坚持党的全面领导和党中央集中统一领导,加强党对思想政治建设、公司治理、经营管理的领导;完善现代金融监管体系,坚定不移走中国特色金融发展之路;守住金融风险底线,有效防范化解金融风险;做细做实5篇大文章,支持中国式现代化建设。Finance is the bloodline of the national economy and an important part of the country′s core competitiveness.The construction of a financial power includes both the development of financial productive forces and the transformation of financial production relations,with the aim of realizing the transformation of traditional financial services to modern financial services,and ultimately constructing a modern financial system with Chinese characteristics that is strong in terms of financial leadership,financial strength,financial services,financial supply,financial supervision,financial openness and financial security.The construction of a financial power is not isolated,but is closely related to developing the road of financial development with Chinese characteristics,promoting high-quality financial development and building a strong modern socialist country.In order to promote the construction of a financial power with high quality,it should adhere to the overall leadership of the Party and the centralized and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee,strengthen the leadership of the Party in ideological and political construction,the Party′s leadership in corporate governance,and the Party′s leadership in operation and management;improve the modern financial supervision system,and unswervingly take the road of financial development with Chinese characteristics;keep the bottom line of financial risks,and effectively guard against and resolve them;and do a fine job in“five articles”to support the construction of the Chinese-style modernization.
