摘 要:为了研究榴莲DzAI家族的生物学功能,本研究利用生物信息学的方法从公开发布的榴莲高质量基因组中鉴定出16个DzAI成员,其中8个为细胞壁酸性转化酶,8个为液泡酸性转化酶。理化特征预测结构显示,DzAI等电点差异较大,其他性质相对稳定。空间构象分析发现,有3组成员的空间结构相似度较高,二级结构中无规卷曲最多,DzAI02、DzAI05、DzAI06、DzAI10、DzAI13、DzAI14、DzAI15和DzAI16含有一个跨膜结构。系统发育树分析显示DzAI可分为2个亚族,分别为细胞壁酸性转化酶族(Ⅰ亚族)和液泡酸性转化酶族(Ⅱ亚族),DzAI01、DzAI03、DzAI04、DzAI05、DzAI07、DzAI08、DzAI10和DzAI12为Ⅰ亚族,DzAI02、DzAI06、DzAI09、DzAI11、DzAI13、DzAI14、DzAI15和DzAI16属于Ⅱ家族。系统发育关系较近的成员较为保守。顺式作用元件分析发现DzAI可能较易受到光信号、水杨酸、茉莉酸和脱落酸信号诱导表达。转录组表达分析发现DzAI05、DzAI06和DzAI13可能与榴莲果实糖积累相关。本研究为进一步研究DzAI成员功能提供了科学依据。In order to investigate the biological functions of the durian DzAI family,we used bioinformatics methods to identify 16 DzAI members from a publicly released high-quality durian genome,of which 8 were cell wall acid convertase and 8 were vacuolar acid convertase.The predicted structure of physical and chemical characteristics showed that the isoelectric points of DzAI were different,and other properties were relatively stable.The spatial conformation analysis showed that three groups of members had high spatial structure similarity,the random coil is the most in the secondary structure and the secondary structure of DzAI02,DzAI05,DzAI06,DzAI10,DzAI13,DzAI14,DzAI15 and DzAI16 contained a transmembrane structure.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that DzAI could be divided into two subgroups,namely cell wall acid invertase group(subgroupⅠ)and vacuolar acid invertase group(subgroupⅡ).DzAI01,DzAI03,DzAI04,DzAI05,DzAI07,DzAI08,DzAI10 and DzAI12 were subgroupⅠ.DzAI02,DzAI06,DzAI09,DzAI11,DzAI13,DzAI14,DzAI15 and DzAI16 belong to theⅡfamily.More closely phylogenetically related members are more conserved.Cis-acting element analysis showed that DzAI may be susceptible to light signal,salicylic acid,jasmonic acid and abscisic acid signals.Transcriptome expression analysis showed that DzAI05,DzAI06 and DzAI13 may be related to sugar accumulation in durian fruits.This study provides a scientific basis for further research on DzAI member functions.
