摘  要:立足于合理开发水资源,服务于邢台市工农业生产、经济社会发展,开展邢台市水功能区纳污能力核定和控制总量研究,对保持邢台市水资源可持续利用具有重要意义。以新河县为例,研究了纳污能力核定和控制总量的分解方法,为贯彻习近平总书记新时期治水思路,实行最严格水资源管理制度,加强水资源保护和水功能区管理及邢台市经济社会发展提供基础支撑。Basedon the rational development of water resources,it serves the industrial and agricultural production and economic and social development of Xingtai City.On this basis,the research on the total amount of pollutant carrying capacity verification and control in the water function area of Xingtai City was carried out.It is of great significance for the sustainable utilization of water resources in Xingtai City to carry out the research on the verification and control of the total amount of pollutant carrying capacity in the water function area of Xingtai City.Taking Xinhe County as an example,this paper studies the decomposition method of the total amount of pollutant carrying capacity verification and control,and provides basic support for implementing President Xi Jinping water control idea in the new era,implementing the strictest water resources management system,strengthening water resources protection and water function area management,and the social and economic development of Xingtai City.
