摘  要:试验原料来自云南某锡多金属矿选厂的选锡尾矿,尾矿中锡品位为0.35%,是主要的有价金属。尾矿中锡主要以锡石形式存在,锡石占有率为72.39%,该尾矿中细粒级含量高,其中-0.02mm粒级含量高达67.11%,该粒级的锡占有率为68.00%,通过传统浮选及摇床工艺较难回收。针对该尾矿细粒级含量高的特点,确定离心重选为主要工艺,一段离心重选能获得锡品位1.27%、回收率70%的锡粗精矿;经两段精选后,能获得锡品位4.11%、回收率54.10%的锡精矿。采用离心重选(一粗一精)+摇床重选(二次精选)的组合工艺,能获得锡品位17.57%、回收率17.25%的锡精矿。研究表明,采用全离心重选工艺,可获得高回收率的锡精矿产品;采用离心+摇床重选的组合工艺,可获得高品位的锡精矿产品,最终可根据实际需求,确定适合的工艺,能实现该锡资源的二次开发利用。The test raw materials for this study are from a tin tailings in Yunnan.The tin grade in the tailings is 0.35%,which is the main valuable element.Cassiterite accounts for 72.39%of the total tin mineral,the yield of-0.02 mm are as high as 67.11%,and the tin occupation is 68.00%.It is difficult to recover by traditional flotation and shaking table processes.In view of the high content of fine particles in the tailings,the centrifugal gravity separation method is chosen for the process.With the centrifugal gravity separation process,a crude tin concentrate with a tin grade of 1.27%and an operating recovery of 70%can be obtained by one stage of rough separation;The tin concentrate with a tin grade of 4.11%and a recovery of 54.10%can be obtained by adopting the process of one roughing and two cleaning.The combined process of centrifugal gravity separation(one rougher and one cleaner)+shaking table(secondary cleaner)can obtain a tin concentrate with a tin grade of 17.57%and a recovery of 17.25%.The results show that the full centrifugal gravity separation process can be used to obtain tin concentrate with high recovery;In order to obtain high-grade tin concentrate products,the combined process of centrifugation and shaking table can be used.Finally,the appropriate process can be determined according to the actual needs,which realizes the further development and utilization of cassiterite in the tailings.
