摘 要:某金矿石金品位为3.25g/t,银、铜等其他金属含量太低,不具备回收价值。矿石中单体金和裸露金含量很低,仅为4.24%;金主要以包裹体嵌布在金属硫化物和氧化物矿物中,约92.09%;其余为硅酸盐包裹金,仅占3.67%。针对该矿石性质,结合现场浮选工艺流程和药剂制度,开展浮选药剂优化条件试验。获得粗选最佳工艺参数:磨矿细度-0.074mm含量占84.6%、硅酸钠用量为1600g/t、硫酸铜用量为200g/t、丁基黄药用量为100g/t、丁基铵黑药用量为30g/t、松醇油用量为100g/t。当磨矿细度-0.074mm含量占84.6%时,采用最佳药剂制度,通过一粗二精二扫、中矿循序返回工艺流程,获得精矿金品位47.85g/t、金回收率91.88%,尾矿品位为0.28g/t。精矿和尾矿的X荧光半定量分析结果显示,铁、硫、砷、锑等元素含量差别明显,其在精矿中的含量远高于尾矿,说明此浮选工艺对黄铁矿、毒砂、辉锑矿分选效果很好。试验结果对该金矿浮选药剂优化奠定基础,对其选矿生产具有指导意义。The gold grade of a gold ore was 3.25 g/t,and the content of silver,copper and other metals was too low to have recovery value.The content of liberated gold and exposed gold in the ore was very low,only 4.24%,the gold was mainly embedded in metal sulfide and oxide minerals as inclusions,accounting totally for about 92.09%,and the rest was silicate coated gold,accounting for only 3.67%.According to the properties of the ore,combined with the field flotation process and reagent regime,the flotation reagent optimization condition test was carried out.The optimum process parameters obtained were:The fineness of grinding 84.6%-0.074 mm,the dosage of sodium silicate 1600 g/t,the dosage of copper sulfate 200 g/t,the dosage of butyl xanthate dosage 100 g/t,the dosage of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate 30 g/t,and the dosage of terpenic oil 100 g/t.When the grinding fineness was 84.6%-74μm and the best reagent regime was adopted,after the flotation process of one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging,middling returning to closed circuit in sequence,a gold concentrate with recovery of 91.88%and gold grade of 47.85 g/t was obtained,while the grade of tailings was 0.28%.The results of semi-quantitative X-ray fluorescence analysis of concentrate and tailings showed that the contents of iron,sulfur,arsenic,antimony and other elements were significantly different,and their contents in the concentrate were much higher than those in tailings.It shows that the flotation process has a good separation effect on pyrite,arsenopyrite and stibnite.The experimental results lay a foundation for the flotation reagent optimization of the gold ore and have guiding significance for its beneficiation production.
