修船设备拆检移动记录系统的设计研究

摘　　要：对海工项目和公务船的修理要求较为严格,在设备检修过程中,修船企业需要对设备的拆卸和检修情况进行详细描述及记录,即设备拆检鉴定。文章在常规纸质记录方式的基础上,针对传统记录过程进行分析,提出一种基于移动设备的记录系统设计,以解决传统方式出现的问题,从而提高拆检鉴定工作的效率。The maintenance requirements of offshore projects and official ships are relatively strict.During equipment maintenance,shipyards need to describe and record the disassembly and maintenance of equipment in detail,which means equipment disassembly and maintenance identification.On the basis of the conventional paper recording method,this paper analyzes the traditional recording process and mentions a recording system design based on a mobile device to solve the problems arising in the traditional method,and to improve the efficiency of dis-assembly and maintenance identification.
