摘　　要：文章以某船用柴油机拉缸故障为例,分析了故障产生的机理以及计划维修管理存在的问题,指出维修模式转变的必要性,并针对预防性维修能力的不足提出思考建议。Taking the cylinder pulling failure of a marine diesel engine as an example,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the failure and the problems in planned maintenance management,points out the necessity of changing the maintenance mode,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the lack of preventive maintenance ability.
