摘　　要：针对海上执法船舶延寿修理决策问题,文章首先对执法船舶及其各组成部分进行了详细的结构分解,并提出基于结构分解结果的船舶综合效能评估思路。然后综合考虑建造时间、费用和效能等因素,针对“进行延寿修理”和“重新建造船舶”2种情况分别建立了效费比的数学模型,从而为船舶延寿修理问题提供了量化决策依据。In view of the repair decision-making problem of enforcement vessels for life extension,this paper decomposes the enforcement vessel and its components in detail and puts forward the comprehensive efficiency evalu-ation idea of the vessel based on the structural decomposition results.In addition,considering the factors of con-struction time,cost,and efficiency,the paper establishes a mathematical model of cost-efficiency ratio for the two situations of repair for life extension and vessel reconstruction,to provide a quantitative decision-making basis for the repair problem of vessels for life extension.
