流化催化裂化油浆硅藻土预涂过滤静态试验研究

摘  要:流化催化裂化油浆中存在着固体催化剂颗粒,如果不对其进行脱固处理,这些催化剂颗粒会随着流体一同流动,撞击后续加工设备的内壁面,造成设备磨损,加剧设备腐蚀。脱固处理过程中,为了避免过滤管被油浆中的胶团堵塞,提出了硅藻土预涂过滤方法;为了确定最佳操作条件,通过单因素试验和正交试验对最重要的4个因素(硅藻土粒径、涂层厚度、油浆温度及操作压力)进行了分析筛选。单因素试验结果表明:净化效率与操作压力、硅藻土粒径为负相关,与涂层厚度、油浆温度为正相关。正交试验结果表明:对净化效率的影响程度从主到次的顺序为操作压力、硅藻土粒径、涂层厚度和油浆温度;净化效率最高的操作条件为硅藻土粒径10μm、涂层厚度40 mm、油浆温度130℃及操作压力0.2 MPa。在实际生产中,综合考虑装置的净化效率、能耗及生产效率,最佳的操作条件为硅藻土粒径100μm、涂层厚度40 mm、油浆温度100℃和操作压力0.2 MPa。There were solid catalyst particles in the Fluid Catalytic Cracking(FCC)slurry.If not removed,these catalyst particles would flow with the fluid and impact the inner wall of subsequent processing equipment,causing the wear and aggravating the corrosion of equipment.In order to prevent the filter tube from being blocked by the micelles in the slurry during the removing process,a filtration method of diatomite pre-coating was presented.To determine the optimal operating conditions,single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were conducted to analyze and screen the four most important factors,namely diatomite particle size,coating thickness,slurry temperature,and operating pressure.The single factor test results showed that the purification efficiency was negatively correlated with operating pressure and diatomite particle size,but positively correlated with coating thickness and slurry temperature.The orthogonal test results indicated that the order of factors affecting purification efficiency from primary to secondary were operating pressure,diatomite particle size,coating thickness and slurry temperature.The operating conditions with the highest purification efficiency were diatomite particle size of 10μm,coating thickness of 40 mm,slurry temperature of 130℃and operating pressure of 0.2 MPa.In actual production,considering the purification efficiency,energy consumption and production efficiency of the unit,the optimal operating conditions were diatomite particle size of 100μm,coating thickness of 40 mm,oil slurry temperature of 100℃and operating pressure of 0.2 MPa.
