摘　　要：柔道作为我国传统优势项目,曾在国际赛场上创造出不俗成绩,无论是在奥运会还是世界锦标赛的赛场上,女子柔道大级别始终都是我国争金夺银的优势小项。世界柔道锦标赛是除奥运会外最高级别的国际柔道赛事,赛事结果对奥运会赛前备战具有重要参考价值。本文运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法和访谈法等方法,以2022年塔什干世界柔道锦标赛+78KG级前八名运动员竞技能力特征为研究对象,对比赛中运动员各类技术运用情况进行统计,在分析了解技术特点的基础上寻找其薄弱环节,以便为我国女子柔道+78KG级运动员备战2024年巴黎奥运会提供参考。Judo,as a traditional stronghold in our country,has demonstrated commendable achievements on the international stage.Whether at the Olympics or World Championships,women's judo in the heavyweight category has consistently been a prime focus for China in the pursuit of gold and silver medals.The World Judo Championships stand as the pinnacle international judo competition second to the Olympics,and the outcomes of this event hold crucial reference value for pre-Olympic preparations.This study employs methods such as literature review,video observation,statistical analysis,and interviews.Focusing on the technical characteristics of the top eight athletes in the women's+78kg category at the 2022 Tashkent World Judo Championships,the paper statistically analyzes the utilization of various techniques by athletes during the competition.With a foundation in understanding their technical features,the objective is to pinpoint weaknesses,offering insights for the preparation of Chinese women's judo+78kg athletes for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
