有氧运动联合抗阻力训练对中年男性健身效果影响分析以加壹合健身俱乐部为例

摘  要:在健康中国、全民健身的大背景下,本文以加壹合健身俱乐部40名35-45岁中年男性为调查和研究对象,将抗阻训练、有氧运动、有氧联合抗阻三种训练方法运用到为期三个月的一对一私教训练中,并对受试者训练前和训练后的体重、体脂、臂围、腰围、臀围、腿围等形态学指标,收缩压、舒张压、安静心率等心肺机能指标,以及卧推、深蹲肌肉力量与耐力、站立体前屈柔韧等素质指标进行测试。在此数据采集、分析的基础上进行比较与论证。结果表明:三种不同方式中,有氧运动联合抗阻力训练方法对中年男性健身效果的影响最佳。该结果可为健身俱乐部采用不同训练方式实现最佳健身效果提供参考。Against the backdrop of a healthy China and the prevalent trend of nationwide fitness,this study focuses on 40 middle-aged men(35-45 years old)from Jiayihe Fitness Club.Over a three-month period,the study employs three training methods-resistance training,aerobic exercise,and combined aerobic and resistance training-in one-on-one personal training sessions.The study assesses morphological metrics such as weight,body fat,arm circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,and leg circumference before and after training.Additionally,cardiorespiratory function metrics including systolic and diastolic blood pressure,resting heart rate,and qualitative metrics like bench press,squat muscle strength and endurance,and standing trunk flexion flexibility are assessed.A comparison and analysis are conducted based on the collected data.The results indicate that among the three different methods,the combined aerobic exercise and resistance training method has the most significant impact on the fitness of middle-aged men.This finding can serve as a reference for fitness clubs aiming to achieve optimal fitness results through diverse training methods.
