全民健身与全民健康深度融合的现实困境与推进路径

摘　　要：《健康中国2030》规划纲要的提出,使“全民健康”的概念成了全社会关注的关键词,也成了我国未来健康事业的奋斗目标。“全民健康”不是对“全民健身”的取代和升级,而是为全民健身提出的具体要求和实施框架,全民健身与全民健康深度融合是构建健康中国的必经之路。当前,我国全民健身与全民健康深度融合存在缺乏全民健康专门管理机构以及健康管理理论的缺失等困境,提出要通过构建国家公益性全民健身与全民健康服务运行机制、激发市场活力营造全民健康的商业运行机制等来理顺全民健身与全民健康深度融合的运行机制;通过大力发展体育产业、引导全民健身行动向全民健康目标迈进,加快培养全民健康相关专业人才等推进全民健身与全民健康深度融合的关键步骤,以此推进我国全民健身与全民健康深度融合。The"Healthy China 2030"outline has attracted the attention of the society to the concept of"health of the people",and also pointed out the goal of China's future health cause."National Health"can not be replaced and upgraded to of"National Fitness",but can meet the requirement and propose the operating step of National Fitness.The deep integration of National Fitness and National Health is a necessary path to building a healthy China.At present,there are difficulties in the deep integration of national fitness and national health in China,such as the lack of specialized management institutions for national health and the lack of health management.It is proposed to establish a national public welfare operation mechanism for national fitness and national health services,stimulate market vitality,and create a commercial operation mechanism for national health to streamline the operation mechanism of the deep integration of national fitness and national health;The key steps to promote the deep integration of national fitness and health in China are to vigorously develop the sports industry,guide the national fitness movement towards the goal of national health,accelerate the cultivation of professionals related to national health.
