摘　　要：通过对某化工煤渣料斗实际工况的勘察,结合当前料斗切断阀存在的问题进行分析,引入当前市场应用成熟的插板阀,并在此基础上进行改进,形成以硬密封为主、软密封为辅助的双级密封功效的新型料斗切断阀。引入气缸执行器实现自动化开关,以此实现对煤渣切断的同时,也能对煤渣中的液体介质水等形成第二道密封,彻底解决现场污水无法根本去除以及人力开关时间长、煤渣卡顿难清理导致存有安全隐患的难题。该阀具有安装使用方便、寿命长易维护、不卡顿的优点,可广泛用于现场类似工况。Through the investigation of the actual working conditions of the coal slag hopper of Chemical,this article analyzes the problems of hopper shut-off valve,combines the prevalent gate valve in the market,forms a new type of hopper shut-off valve with a double level sealing effect mainly relying on hard sealing and assisted by soft sealing.In addition,this valve also combines with a cylinder actuator to achieve automatic switching,which not only cuts off the coal slag,but also forms the second sealing for the liquid medium in the coal slag,completely solving the problems of on-site incomplete removal of sewage,long manual switching time,and hidden danger caused by coal slag blockage.With a long service life,this valve is easy to disassemble and widely used in similar working conditions on site.
