我国体育产业高质量转型的现实阻滞与发展路径研究

摘　　要：新时代体育强国建设背景下,我国体育产业从高速发展态势逐步进入高质量转型发展阶段。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对我国体育产业高质量转型的现实阻滞与发展路径进行探究。研究认为,我国体育产业高质量转型的内在逻辑在于:“双循环”新发展格局下的内在驱动、产业融合下的创新发展、“双减”政策下体培市场的发展探索、信息科技下数字体育的创新发展。我国体育产业高质量转型呈现:体育产业政策密集出台、体育产业规模快速增长、体育市场体系基本形成、体育消费活力日益凸显。我国体育产业高质量转型过程中存在体育产业结构不合理、体育产业政策落实不到位、体育复合型人才匮乏、体育产业管理不规范等现实阻滞。在此基础上,提出优化体育产业结构,促进产业全面发展;落实相关政策,营造良好发展环境;加大复合型人才培养力度,形成科学合理的人才结构;创新治理手段与方式,提升体育产业治理水平等发展路径。Under the background of construction for leading sporting nation in the new era,China's sports industry has gradually entered the stage of high-quality transformation and development from a high-speed development trend.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explores the realistic obstacles and development paths of the high-quality transformation of China's sports industry.The research holds the opinions that the internal logic of the high-quality transformation of China's sports industry lies in the internal drive under the new development pattern of"double circulation",the innovative development under the industrial integration,the exploration of the development of the sports market under the double reduction policy,and the innovative development of digital sports under the information technology.China's sports industry is undergoing a high-quality transformation,exhibiting several characteristics,including::the intensive introduction of sports industry policies,the rapid growth of sports industry scale,the basic formation of sports market system and the increasingly prominent vitality of sports consumption.In the process of high-quality transformation of China's sports industry,there are realistic obstacles such as unreasonable sports industry structure,inadequate implementation of sports industry policies,lack of sports compound talents,and irregular sports industry management.On this basis,it is proposed to optimize the structure of sports industry and promote the all-round development of the industry;Relevant policies are applied and environment are created for development;Strengthen the training of compound talents and form a scientifc and reasonable talent structure;Innovating the means and methods of governance and improving the governance level of sports industry.
