摘  要:主要验证了高压手动截止阀在技术要求规定的前提下,以及实际边界条件工况下的相关参数,对阀门各个零部件进行设计以及分析计算,在设计计算的前提下,通过有限元分析,对各个零部件以保证阀门使用过程中无故障正常运行。高压手动截止阀适用于所有高压管路以及酸性环境条件场合。高压手动截止阀因其密封可靠,启闭行程短,并且阀门密封时密封表面为无摩擦结构,因此应用较为广泛。本文根据技术要求所给定的边界条件,通过对手动截止阀的图样设计及有限元分析,并按照相关要求,进一步优化用于高压环境手动截止阀的结构。It mainly verifies the relevant parameters of the high-pressure manual globe valve under the premise of technical requirements and the actual boundary conditions,and the design and analysis and calculation of each part of the valve,and under the premise of design calculation,through finite element analysis,the various parts are guaranteed to operate without failure during the use of the valve.High pressure manual shut-off valves are suitable for all high pressure lines and acid environmental conditions.High-pressure manual globe valve is widely used because of its reliable sealing,short opening and closing stroke,and frictionless structure when the sealing surface is sealed.According to the boundary conditions given by the technical requirements,this paper further optimizes the structure of the manual stop valve for high pressure environment through the design and finite element analysis of the manual stop valve and according to the relevant requirements.
