摘  要:针对目前缺乏适用于超高压液压系统的快卸自封阀类液压元件问题,介绍一种新型双列钢球锁紧自封阀,阐述了其结构、工作原理、设计要点。通过与某现有自封阀操作力的理论分析和对比,对操作力进行定性分析,并分析了高压工况时密封圈摩擦力的影响。自封阀采用双列钢球联接并锁紧两半体,阀门复位不需弹簧,操作力小,联接及分离过程零泄漏,不会造成环境污染。双列钢球锁紧能增强两半体联接的抗剪切性能,提高联接可靠性。同时,该阀环境适应性好,在狭小空间内或不可见情况下能进行盲操作,尤其适用于高压或超高压液压系统。Aiming at the problem that quick release automatic shutoff valve which is suitable for the super-pressure hydraulic system is lack,this paper describes a new type automatic shutoff valve with double-row steel balls locking,expound its structure,operating principle,design focus etc.Comparing the operating force with the servicing automatic shutoff valve and theoretical analysis,qualitative analysis its operating-force and the influence of the O-rings friction under the high-pressure application.This valve uses double-row steel balls to couple and lock the two halves of the valve,the valve core reset not need the spring,and easy operation.There is no pollution problem with zero leakage during connecting and separating.Strengthen its shear resistant,improve the valve’s connection reliability with double-row steel balls.Also,this valve can be blind-operated under the sightless situation,its environmental adaptability is good.This quick-shutoff valve suits for the high pressure or super-pressure hydraulic system especially.
