摘 要:为了研究水下安全阀在含砂工况中的主要失效模式,同时验证水下安全阀的防砂能力,对水下安全阀的密封原理进行了理论分析并结合实际工况研究了含砂流体对水下安全阀使用寿命的影响,证明含砂工况对于水下安全阀的影响主要集中在流砂冲蚀和流砂结垢影响阀门密封两个方面。根据API 6A、API 17D以及API 6AV1的要求设计了阀门流砂试验装置设计方案和试验方法,对试验过程中可能遇到的问题进行了分析并提出了相关的解决方法,试验装置和方法满足安全阀流砂试验要求,根据实际情况提出的解决方法可以提高阀门通过流砂试验的概率。In order to study the main failure modes of underwater safety valves in sand service conditions and verify the sand control ability of underwater safety valves,a theoretical analysis was conducted on the sealing principle of underwater safety valves,and the impact of sand containing fluids on the service life of underwater safety valves was studied in combination with actual working conditions.It was confirmed that the impact of sand flow conditions on underwater safety valves is mainly concentrated in two aspects:sand erosion and sand scaling that affect valve sealing.According to the requirements of API 6A,API 17D,and API 6AV1,a valve sand flow test device design scheme and test method have been designed.Possible problems encountered during the test process have been analyzed and relevant solutions have been proposed.The test device and method meet the requirements of safety valve sand flow test.Based on the actual situation,the proposed solution can increase the probability of the valve passing the sand slurry test.
